Registration Questions Answered
How long does registration take?
Start to finish is 90–120 seconds. Enter your phone, create a password, check the SMS code, and you're in. No email verification needed. Your account goes live immediately after SMS confirmation. If SMS takes longer than 2 minutes to arrive, check your phone signal and spam folder, then click "Resend Code".
Do I need to verify my ID to register?
No. You can register and play with just a phone number and password. ID verification (NID, passport, or driving licence) is only required when you request your first withdrawal. We verify age and identity to comply with local law and prevent fraud. Once approved, KYC stays valid for future withdrawals.
Can I use the same phone for multiple accounts?
No. Each phone number is tied to one account only. Multiple accounts from the same phone will be linked and may be closed under our terms. If you have a family member who wants to play, they must use their own phone number. If you no longer use an old account, contact support to recover or close it first.
What if I forgot my password after registering?
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?" You'll receive an SMS with a reset link. Follow the link to create a new password. If you don't get the SMS, try "Resend" once and wait 2 minutes. Contact live chat if the link expires or doesn't work.
Is my personal data safe during registration?
Yes. gk678 uses SSL encryption (256-bit) for all data transfers. Your phone number and password are encrypted in our database and never sold or shared. We comply with Bangladesh Data Protection laws and international security standards. Read our full Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your information.
What's a referral code and where do I get one?
A referral code is given by a friend or affiliate who already plays at gk678. During registration, enter their code in the "Referral Code" field (optional). If valid, both you and your friend receive ৳450 bonus once you verify your phone. Ask your referrer for their code before signing up—you can't add it after registration.
